• Personalised Items: Any pieces that have been custom-made, custom-engraved, or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes! Our jewelry is crafted from premium 925 sterling silver with a thick 18K gold plating, making it highly water-resistant.

While everyday freshwater won't hurt it, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming in chlorinated pools or saltwater, and avoiding contact with perfumes and lotions to keep the gold and enamel looking brand new for years.

When you aren't wearing your jewellery, store it in an airtight pouch or a soft fabric-lined box to protect it from natural oxidation. To restore its bright finish, gently buff the metal with a soft microfiber polishing cloth. Avoid using abrasive chemical cleaners that can wear down the gold plating.
